Registration is online only. If you are unable to register online, you will need to pick up a hard copy at our office. Please contact our office at 570-455-2188. Cost, Category, Food Allergies and Instrument/Vocal Registration


Resident Camper = $250.00 per week /(*Early Bird: $225.00)


A resident camper arrives on Sunday and departs on Friday night after the concert. Resident camper fee includes three meals and a snack per day, morning instruction, afternoon activities, evening instruction and ensemble work, evening activities/entertainment and sleepover accommodations.

Day Camper = $175.00 per week / (*Early Bird: $150.00)


A day camper arrives Mon – Fri at 8:30 a.m. and leaves camp at 12:00 p.m. daily. Day camper fee includes lunch and morning instruction ONLY. Campers must be picked up at the camp by 12 p.m. ***If a Day Camper wishes to perform in the Friday evening concert with the large ensembles, he/she is required to attend the nightly rehearsals from 6-8pm. This does not include evening activities such as corn roasts, movies, talent shows, etc. If campers would like to be a part of those activities, please register for the 'Day Camper with Activities' option. If Day Campers do not attend nightly rehearsals, they will not be permitted to perform with the large ensembles in the Friday evening concert.

Day Camper with Activities = $225.00 per week / (*Early Bird: $200.00)


A day camper with activities arrives Mon – Fri at 8:30 a.m. and leaves camp at 9:30 p.m. daily. Day camper with activities fee includes lunch dinner, a snack, morning instruction, afternoon activities, evening instruction and ensemble work, evening activities/entertainment but no sleepover accommodations.

Information concerning registration on INSTRUMENTS and VOCALS


If you registered for voice or for a specific instrument and you decide to change instruments, change from voice to an instrument or change from an instrument to voice -- AFTER JULY 1ST -- you will be REQUIRED to pay a $75 fee to make the switch.

Our instructors have been hired months in advance. Switching makes it very difficult to determine how many people will be in a class. In the past, campers who switched out of classes for another choice left instructors without anyone to teach.  This is not fair to our instructors who are out of state or live far from the camp.


* Early Bird discounts are available to campers who register before May 1st, 2011. Campers will no longer be able to apply for the early bird discount past April 30th, 2011 at 11:59 pm. You do not have to PAY before May 1st, however, camp tuitions must be paid no later than July 1st. Any camper who has not yet paid his/her camp tuition upon arrival at the camp will not be permitted to attend. *

Discounts



Referrals



Refer a camper who never attended FMC and receive a $25.00 discount per referral. Refer four campers and go free.
            How this works: Register your child(ren). In the comments section of the registration page, indicate the name of the camper(s) you are referring. Once the camper you referred registers online and is in our system, you will receive a discount. If you have already paid, we will send you a refund. If you have not already paid, an email will be sent alerting you to your discount based on successful referrals.


Multiple Campers Per Household


Pay full price for the first child. receive a $50 discount for every child thereafter.
            How this works: Register EACH child separately, when you send in your check, include the full price for the first child and deduct $50.00 for each child thereafter.


Scholarships



A very limited number a scholarships are available. Scholarships are for playing musicians only. Beginners can not apply for a scholarship. CLICK HERE for an application

Parent Nights


Never been to camp? Attend an informational session about Camp and what Camp is all about. Meet some of the staff and faculty and take a tour. PLEASE call our office ahead of time to request a tour of the camp on one of these dates.
